We accept a wide range of starting materials,including tissue, cell, plasmid and gDNA, for amplicon sequencing.Depending on the sample type, we can assist withnucleic acid extraction, PCR and indexing to ensure the highest quality results. Our flexible sequencing options allow for fast turnaround times, with results available in as fast as 5 business days.

Standard Sample Type: Mouse tissue, Cell pellets, Bacteria culture, Plasmid DNA, genomic DNA
Standard Volume: 20 ul DNA at 15-50 ng/ul, or 250,000 cells, or 1 gram tissue or bacteria culture.
Standard Read Length: 250bp pair-end

Primers: Please provide at least 20uL of PCR primers at 10 pmol, or submit the PCR primer sequence, and we can synthesize it for you.
