Sample Type: Plasmid DNA or ≥ 2kb PCR
Size: Up to 30kb Plasmid
Minimum Volume: Minimum Volume: 5μl, 10μl preferred
Concentration: 100-200 ng/μl
Tube/Plate:
- ≤ 36 samples: tubes or strip tubes
- > 36 samples: PCR plate
